Eugene P. Moran 

Eugen P. Moran, was a B-17 Tail Gunner in the Rikki  Tikki Tavi that was on a bombing run to target bremen, a very heavily defended, industrial city.  When 10 minutes before the target, a warning came over the radio, ''bandits 12 O'clock high'', multiple German BF-110's attempt to take down the group of B-17 bombers.One BF110 shoots a rocket flying right past the cockpit of Rikki Tikki Tavi, the rocket hits a B-17 behind Rikki Tikki Tavi. in the distance Eugene P. Moran sees multiple dots, which are a hoard of German BF-109's, and FW-190's. Hundreds of German fighters soar past the formation of B-17s taking out multiple B-17's. When suddenly the sky is covered in 88mm Flacks, some B-17s retreat,and the rest don't seem to care, when suddenly,the formation of American B-17's break apart do to the Flacks taring apart the B-17's. The surviving B-17s    fell THOUSANDS of feet in the tail of a B-17 that was cut in half from being wounded to the point where the tail completely fell off the heavily wounded B-17 on November 29th, 1943
